MLA citations can get a bit tricky sometimes. When it comes to internal citations, i never really knew how to properly do it and i would always mess up the format of it. On the other hand however, citing sources in a works cited page is easier than could be. The formatting on a works cited page makes a lot more sense to me and it always has. There are a lot less rules that you have to follow and you don’t have to worry about putting the period in the wrong spot. Little local revision things like that flood all of my papers. When i go back and check them over, I find a lot of little things that could have easily been avoided if i just paid attention to my writing. I’m sure that throughout time, i have finished a paper with little mistakes like that and had no idea. Sometimes it is hard to recognize these little imperfections, but they can make the world of difference in a paper.
